Mike Healey Plumbing, Drain & Softwater provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Utah County and select Salt Lake County areas. Our services include but are not limited to tankless water heater installation, traditional water heater installation and repair, water softener installation and service, bathroom remodels, drain cleaning and repair, and emergency plumbing.

We do not provide sprinkler system services or appliance hookups.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on job complexity and scheduling demands. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window and will contact you if we are significantly delayed.

For emergency services, response times may vary based on current demand and location.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We provide honest, straightforward quotes with no hidden fees. Final pricing may vary from estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you experience issues with work we have performed, contact us immediately at (801) 406-3390 and we will make it right. Specific warranty terms vary by job type and materials used and will be discussed at the time of service.

Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturers.
